Artist's Comments Contest entry for =leadmareEdit 30/07/09: Oh crap, how could i have forgotton those beautiful stripes that are quite literally Libertad's signature markings?? All fixed now.  ~~~~~~~~~~ Thought i'd enter this competition by means of trying something new. Chibi's aren't exactly what i draw on a regular basis, so i don't blame you if you throw all the fails you've got at me. I think it turned out reasonably well as a piece of art itself, even if the horses are not quite what =leadmare had in mind.  I don't particularly like Libertad's face, it looks a little...Too squashed, maybe? Not at all like the beautiful Libertad. I feel like i've practicaly downgraded the poor mare in terms of beauty. I hope you like this though, and that you find it pleasing to look at.  I know lots of entrants had drawn romantic scenes between Sol and Libertad, but there's always room for one more right?
